We didn’t start as a marketing agency.

Zackary Michael founded Local Klicks in 2023 and grew it into one of the fastest growing local marketing agencies on the East Coast, serving hundreds of businesses across 30+ states. This April, he connected with Dr. Riaz Rayek and Dr. April Kern, two dentists with over two decades of experience building and scaling practices in Northern Virginia.

The three of them saw the same gap in the dental industry: great clinicians losing patients to competitors with better marketing and no systems in place to convert leads into booked appointments. So they came together and built Dental Klicks, combining world class marketing with real clinical coaching under one roof. Built by all of them. Run by all of them. Exclusively for dentists.

Dr. Kern graduated with honors from the Wharton School of Business before earning her DMD from Nova Southeastern University. She completed a General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Before dentistry, she worked as a strategic management consultant at Accenture in London, and she brings that same systems thinking directly into your practice operations.

She is a 2024 Diamond PLUS / Top 1% Invisalign provider, Board Member and Fellow of the American Academy of Clear Aligners, Leader of the AACA NoVA Study Club, a National Speaker for Align Technologies, and holds the AACA Done in One Award.

Dr. Riaz Rayek, DDS, MS

Dr. Rayek has been an active member of the DC and Northern Virginia dental community for over 20 years. He earned his BS from George Mason University, a Master’s in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, and his DDS from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.

He placed his first dental implant in 2002 and has placed over 10,000 since. He has treated 2,000+ Invisalign cases, holds 5 US patents for obstructive sleep apnea appliances, and serves on the AACA Board of Directors. He is a National Speaker for Invisalign and Align Technology.
